1. Supplier Management

● 500+long-term stable suppliers.

● The supporting departments of the company's procurement or administrative departments, manufacturing, finance, and research and development departments provide assistance.

● For the selected suppliers, the company has signed a long-term supplier cooperation agreement, including the rights and obligations of the selected parties

● Assess the company's level of trust in suppliers and implement different types of management based on the level of trust. Through our advanced trading system, the system tracks and monitors supplier scorecards, including the quality, performance, and service achievement history of electronic components, inventory supply/demand, and order history that may affect supply chain partners/user satisfaction levels/delivery agreements.

● The company conducts regular or irregular assessments of suppliers and cancels their eligibility for long-term cooperation agreements.

2. Storage and packaging

Electronic components are sensitive items and have strict requirements for storage/packaging environments. From electrostatic protection, humidity control to constant temperature control, we strictly adhere to the environmental standards of the original factory for material storage at all levels, ensuring the good quality of the goods. Storage conditions: sunshade, room temperature, ventilated and dry.

● Anti static packaging (MOS/transistors and other products sensitive to static electricity should be stored in packaging with static shielding)

● Humidity sensitivity control, judging whether the packaging humidity exceeds the standard based on moisture-proof packaging and humidity indicator cards.

● Temperature control: The effective storage life of electronic components is related to the storage environment.

● Create a specific document for each customer's packaging/label identification requirements.

● Prepare a record of each customer's transportation requirements and choose the fastest, safest, and most economical transportation method.

3. Detection and testing

(1) Support authoritative third-party testing, 100% traceability of original factory materials

● PCB/PCBA failure analysis: By analyzing the composition of PCB and auxiliary materials, characterizing material properties, testing physical and chemical properties, precise positioning of micro defects, characteristic reliability testing such as CAF/TCT/SIR/HAST, destructive physical analysis, and board level stress-strain analysis, problems such as conductive anode wire morphology, PCB board delamination morphology, and copper hole fracture are identified.

● Failure analysis of electronic components and modules: using various failure analysis techniques such as electrical, physical, and chemical methods, such as chip leakage hotspots, bonding zone cracks (CP), etc.

● Material failure solution: Adopting microscopic research methods, such as microscopic composition analysis, material characterization, performance testing, reliability verification, etc., to address issues such as poor adhesion, cracking, discoloration, corrosion, etc.

(2) Incoming quality inspection

For all incoming items, we will conduct a visual inspection and make detailed inspection records.
● Manufacturer, part number, quantity, date code verification, RoHS
● Manufacturer Data Sheets and Specification Validation
● Barcode scanning test
● Packaging inspection, whether it is intact/whether there are original factory seals
● Refer to the quality control database and check if the labels/identification and coding identification are clear
● Humidity Sensitivity Level Confirmation (MSL) - Vacuum Sealing Condition and Humidity Indicator and Specification (HIC) LGG
● Physical condition inspection (load belt, scratches, trimming)

(3) Chip function testing

● Size and size testing of materials, packaging situation
● Whether the external pins of the material are deformed or oxidized
● Screen printing/surface inspection, checking the original factory specifications, ensuring that the screen printing is clear and consistent with the original factory specifications
● Simple electrical performance testing: DC/AC voltage, AC/DC current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistors, diodes, continuity, frequency, cycle
● Weight inspection
